In episodes seven and nine of the Making Good podcast I talk about the importance of having a Big Vision for where you want to be with your ethical business or social enterprise in a year, or 3 years, or 5 years time, and then how to start creating a timeline for all the things that need to happen for you to get there.
Having a big vision is a great thing, and can really help to motivate us and keep us going when things get tough, but the vision on it’s own is not enough. We need to turn those milestones into goals, and those goals need to be good ones. We need to set our goals in such a way that not reaching them becomes almost impossible. And that’s what I share in today’s episode.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • The importance of goal setting
  • The 5 golden rules of good goal setting
  • A simple trick to make you at least 50% more likely to achieve your goals.
  • One of my goals!
