I’ve been delivering a workshop this morning, talking about business models, and about ‘lean start-up’ (if you don’t know what it is, don’t worry, you will by the end of the episode!). It’s a concept I’ve been thinking about a lot lately, as I know that I am prone to over-thinking and over-analysing things, and more often that not, putting things off as they can start to feel quite overwhelming after all that thinking…!
In this episode I discuss ‘lean start-ups’, and  ‘minimum viable products’, and how useful it can be to get something out there, to test it, to get feedback and to learn.

Here’s your actions (should you choose)

  • Create a ‘minimum viable product’ and get it out there before the end of this year
  • E-mail me (jen at jengale dot co dot uk) to let me know what it is, and if you want some accountability I’m happy to follow up with you at the end of December..!
